Everyone's favorite film featuring a Transylvanian transvestite! The Rocky Horror Picture Show was originally released 1975, but did not do well initially. It was not until Fox executive Tim Deegan was able to convince distributors to try midnight screenings that the film found its niche. Nearly forty years from its debut The Rocky Horror Picture Show is regularly screened at midnight around the world. Fans crowd the aisles in order to act along with the movie. A big part is the soundtrack, which was a success in and of itself. Includes the songs: "Science Fiction/Double Feature," "Dammit Janet," "The Time Warp," and "Hot Patootie – Bless My Soul." Fourteen tracks in all. Released by Ode Records on limited edition red vinyl.
